摘  要:刀具磨损严重是铁基粉末冶金零件在切削加工过程所面临的一大问题,在铁基粉末冶金机械零件加工过程中,选择有效的刀具和刀具破损的预防十分重要。基于此,首先分析了切削铁基粉末冶金所用刀具的种类;然后对刀具在加工过程中常出现的问题、刀具破损的原因以及刀具破损的预防措施进行了深入地探索。Severe tool wear is a major problem faced by iron-based powder metallurgy parts during the cutting process.In the machining process of iron-based powder metallurgy mechanical parts,it is important to choose effective tools and prevent tool damage.Based on this,the types of cutting tools used for cutting iron-based powder metallurgy were first analyzed.Then,in-depth exploration was conducted on the common problems that occur during the machining process,the reasons for tool damage,and the preventive measures for tool damage.
