摘　　要：目的:评价便携负压吸引装置对结核性胸膜炎肺复张的疗效。方法:选择2020年2月~2022年8月接诊收治的结核性胸膜炎患者78例,按照数字随机法分成两组,对照组行常规胸腔穿刺术抽液,研究组应用便携负压吸引装置进行引流,比较两组治疗效果、临床情况、舒适性满意度评价,以及治疗前后肺部功能变化。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。经治疗后两组患者肺功能指标均显著改善,研究组各项指标高于对照组,P<0.05。临床症状情况,胸痛、积液、退热改善时间,研究组均更短,引流量更高,组间数据比较P<0.05。生活质量评分方面,研究组均高于对照组,组间数据比较P<0.05。研究组患者舒适度满意度评价高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:便携负压吸引装置对结核性胸膜炎肺复张效果显著,同时对患者日常活动更方面,舒适度方面效果更好。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of a portable negative pressure suction device on pulmonary atelectasis in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods:From February 2020 to August 2022,a total of 78 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were admitted and treated.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical method.The control group underwent routine pleural puncture for fluid extraction,while the study group used a portable negative pressure suction device for drainage.The treatment effect,clinical condition,comfort satisfaction evaluation,and changes in lung function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a comparison of P<0.05.After treatment,the lung function indicators of both groups of patients were significantly improved,and all indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a comparison of P<0.05.The drainage volume of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of chest pain,effusion,and fever were all lower than those in the control group,with a comparison of P<0.05.The quality of life scores of the study group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the inter group comparison was P<0.05.The comfort satisfaction evaluation of patients in the research group was higher than that of the control group,with a comparison of P<0.05.Conclusion:The portable negative pressure suction device has a significant effect on pulmonary atelectasis in patients with tuberculous pleurisy,and has a better effect on daily activities and comfort.
