前列腺动脉栓塞术治疗重度前列腺增生所致尿潴留患者中血管造影机的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺动脉栓塞术(PAE)治疗重度前列腺增生(BPH)所致尿潴留患者中血管造影机的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月~2022年8月本院介入放射科收治的15例因BPH导致尿潴留患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受前列腺动脉栓塞术治疗,对患者的前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、前列腺体积(PV)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)进行评估。结果:治疗后所有患者均取得良好的治疗效果且无严重并发症发生,15例患者中有12例在术后2周内成功拔除导尿管,并且患者的自主排尿功能逐渐恢复,2例则在术后4周拔除,临床成功率为93.33%(14/15);患者术后3个月、6个月及9个月的IPSS、QOL、PV、PSA指标均优于术前,各项指标对比均有可比性和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺动脉栓塞术中使用血管造影机,不仅能够提高手术治疗的安全性,还能够减少各种严重并发症发生,并改善各项指标,从而提高手术治疗效果,促进患者康复,其应用价值非常高。Objective:To investigate the effect of prostate artery embolization(PAE)in the treatment of urinary retention caused by severe prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).How:The clinical data of 15 patients with urinary retention due to BPH admitted to the interventional radiology Department of our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected.All patients were treated with prostate artery embolization.Prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life score(QOL),prostate volume(PV),and prostate specific antigen(PSA)were evaluated.Results:After treatment,all patients achieved good therapeutic effect and no serious complications occurred.12 of the 15 patients successfully removed the catheter within 2 weeks after surgery,and the patients’autonomous urination function gradually recovered,and 2 cases were removed at 4 weeks after surgery,the clinical success rate was 93.33%(14/15).IPSS,QOL,PV and PSA indexes at 3 months,6 months and 9 months after surgery were better than those before surgery,and the comparison of all indexes was comparable and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of angiography in prostatic artery embolization can not only improve the safety of surgical treatment,but also reduce the occurrence of various serious complications and improve various indicators,so as to improve the effect of surgical treatment and promote the rehabilitation of patients,and its application value is very high.
