摘　　要：目的:分析在稳定期心力衰竭阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者诊断的过程中Embletta便携式睡眠监测仪所获得的效果。方法:本研究选择稳定期心力衰竭疑似阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者30例为实验对象,分别为患者实施Embletta便携式睡眠监测仪监测联合心电监护仪监测(观察组)与Embletta便携式睡眠监测仪监测(对照组)。结果:与观察组比较可知,对照组诊断的敏感度、特异性以及准确率均相对较高;观察组呼吸暂停低通气指数、睡眠检测中最低血氧饱和度、平均血氧饱和度、氧减指数、总睡眠检测时间与对照组相比无明显差异,P>0.05。两种方法阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征分度诊断结果基本一致,P>0.05。结论:Embletta便携式睡眠监测仪在稳定期心力衰竭患者阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断中获得了理想的效果。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the Embletta portable sleep monitor in the diagnosis of patients with stable heart failure obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:This study selected 30 patients with stable heart failure suspected of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome as experimental subjects,and implemented Embletta portable sleep monitor monitoring combined with electrocardiogram monitoring(observation group)and Embletta portable sleep monitor monitoring(control group).Results:Compared with the observation group,the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of diagnosis in the control group were relatively high;There was no significant difference in the apnea hypopnea index,minimum oxygen saturation,average oxygen saturation,oxygen reduction index,and total sleep detection time between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05.The grading diagnosis results of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome using two methods are basically consistent,P>0.05.Conclusion:Embletta portable sleep monitor is effective in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in patients with stable heart failure.
