摘　　要：目的:对比CSⅡ强化治疗与MSⅡ治疗在GDM患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月~2021年1月收治的92例GDM患者为研究对象,采用奇偶数分组法分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用MSⅡ治疗,观察组应用CSⅡ强化治疗,对比两组治疗前后血糖水平、胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间及母婴并发症发生率。结果:治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,且观察组胰岛素用量及母婴并发症发生率低于对照组,血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵强化治疗可控制其血糖水平,缩短血糖达标时间的同时有效降低母婴并发症的发生,具有更高的安全性。Objective:To compare the application effects of CS II intensive therapy and MS II therapy in GDM patients.Methods:92 GDM patients admitted from September 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using odd even number grouping method.The control group received MS II treatment,while the observation group received CS II intensive treatment.The blood glucose levels,insulin dosage,time to meet blood glucose standards,and incidence of maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the insulin dosage and incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The time for blood glucose to reach the standard was shorter than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive treatment with insulin pump for patients with gestational diabetes can control their blood sugar level,shorten the time of reaching the blood sugar standard and effectively reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications,with higher safety.
