摘 要:目的:探讨改良鼻咽通气管在FESS术后填塞中的应用效果。方法:以2019年11月~2020年11月74例行FESS治疗的患者根据诊单双日分成观察组与对照组各37例。两组患者均在术后行鼻腔填塞,对照组在填塞中应用改良鼻咽通气管,观察组不应用通气管,对比应用效果。结果:在术后鼻部胀痛、咽部疼痛、头痛等疼痛程度评分对比上,观察组分别为(5.32±1.34)分、(4.84±0.97)分、(5.34±1.29)分,对照组分别为(3.21±0.87)分、(2.38±0.51)分、(3.17±0.68)分;在术后睡眠质量评分上,观察组为(23.84±1.07)分,对照组为(19.12±0.85)分;以上评分对照组均低于观察组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者术后舒适度方面对比,观察组为51.4%,对照组为16.2%,观察组高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者术后鼻通气情况上对比,观察组患者均为双侧鼻通气,鼻腔呼吸比例94.6%,经口呼吸5.4%,对照组双侧鼻腔通气27.0%,一侧鼻腔通气54.1%,鼻腔呼吸54.1%,经口呼吸45.9%,观察组双侧鼻腔通气及鼻腔呼吸比例低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行FESS治疗的患者在术后填塞中应用改良鼻咽通气管,可提升患者通气功能,减少术后疼痛表现,并提升术后睡眠质量。还可提升患者术后生理舒适度,有助于改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the application effect of improved nasopharyngeal ventilation tube in the postoperative tamping of FESS.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,74 patients receiving FESS treatment were divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group according to the diagnosis day.Postoperative nasal tamponade was performed in both groups.The control group was treated with modified nasopharyngeal snorkel,while the observation group was treated without snorkel.Results:The scores of nasal swelling pain,pharyngeal pain and headache were(5.32±1.34)points,(4.84±0.97)points and(5.34±1.29)points in the observation group and(3.21±0.87)points,(2.38±0.51)points and(3.17±0.68)points in the control group,respectively.The sleep quality score was(23.84±1.07)in the observation group and(19.12±0.85)in the control group.The above scores in control group were lower than those in observation group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative comfort of patients was 51.4%in the observation group and 16.2%in the control group,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison of postoperative nasal ventilation of patients showed that patients in the observation group had bilateral nasal ventilation,with the proportion of nasal respiration 94.6%and oral respiration 5.4%,while patients in the control group had bilateral nasal ventilation 27.0%,unilateral nasal ventilation 54.1%,nasal respiration 54.1%and oral respiration 45.9%.The bilateral nasal ventilation and nasal respiration ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of modified nasopharynx ventilation tube in postoperative packing of patients with FESS can improve the ventilation function,reduce postoperative pain and improve the quality of sleep.It can also improve the postoperative physiological comfort of patients and help to
