摘　　要：目的:探讨贝克曼5800全自动生化分析仪分析溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法:选取2019年10月~2022年12月在本院开展健康体检的78例人员作为本次实验对象。所有受检者均采集2管血液样本,分别设为对照组和观察组。其中对照组不进行溶血处理,观察组则进行溶血处理,应用贝克曼5800全自动生化分析仪检测两组血清标本各项生化指标水平并予以比较,评估两组检测结果准确率。结果:两组BUN、TG、Cr、UA、GLU水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但与对照组比较,观察组ALT、AST、LDH、CHOL、K^(+)水平较高,ALP水平较低(P<0.05);观察组和对照组检测结果准确率分别为93.58%、97.43%,两组比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论:溶血标本会对生化检验结果产生影响,其中在溶血进行检验诊断的过程中,应用贝克曼5800全自动生化分析仪可在一定程度上提高检测结果的准确性。Objective:To explore the impact of analyzing hemolytic samples based on Beckman 5800 automatic biochemical analyzer on the results of biochemical tests.Methods:78 individuals who underwent health examinations in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this experiment.All subjects were collected 2 tubes of blood samples,which were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was not subjected to hemolysis treatment,while the observation group was subjected to hemolysis treatment.The levels of various biochemical indicators in the serum samples of the two groups were measured using the Beckman 5800 automatic biochemical analyzer and compared to evaluate the accuracy of the detection results of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of BUN,TG,Cr,UA,and GLU between the two groups(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of ALT,AST,LDH,CHOL,K^(+),and lower levels of ALP(P<0.05);The accuracy rates of the detection results in the observation group and the control group were 93.58%and 97.43%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hemolytic samples can have an impact on the results of biochemical tests.In the process of hemolysis diagnosis,the application of the Beckman 5800 fully automatic biochemical analyzer can improve the accuracy of the test results to a certain extent.
