摘  要:目的:分析评价应用雷度ABL-800血气分析仪检验血红蛋白(Hb)浓度的可靠性和稳定性。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月本院内科重症监护室送检的200例肝素抗凝动脉血血标本,分别选取Sysmex XN-2800全自动血液分析仪和雷度ABL-800血气分析仪对Hb浓度进行检验,比较评价检验结果。结果:ABL-800检验Hb浓度平均值为(115.7±26.4)g/L;XN-2800检验Hb浓度平均值为(119.6±25.6)g/L,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。直线回归方程为Y=0.927X+10.301,相关系数r=0.958;ABL-800与XN-2800的Hb浓度检验结果表现出显著正相关。结论:在对Hb浓度进行检验时,血气分析仪性能稳定、检验时间短,能为患者的临床诊治提供更好地服务。Objective:To analyze and evaluate the reliability and stability of using the Radiometer ABL-800 blood gas analyzer to test hemoglobin(Hb)concentration.Methods:200 heparin anticoagulant arterial blood blood samples submitted from January 2021 to January 2022 in the Internal Medicine Intensive Care Unit of our hospital were selected to test the concentration of Hb with Sysmex XN-2800 automatic blood analyzer and Radiometer ABL-800 blood gas analyzer,and the test results were compared and evaluated.Result:The average concentration of Hb in the ABL-800 test was(115.7±26.4)g/L;The average Hb concentration in the XN-2800 test was(119.6±25.6)g/L,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two(P>0.05).The linear regression equation is Y=0.927X+10.301,with a correlation coefficient of r=0.958;The Hb concentration test results of ABL-800 and XN-2800 showed a significant positive correlation.Conclusion:When testing Hb concentration,the blood gas analyzer has stable performance and short testing time,which can provide better services for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
