彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断早期乳腺癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评估早期乳腺癌患者应用彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断的应用价值。方法:选择医院在2020年7月~2021年12月就诊的70例疑似早期乳腺癌患者,均提供彩色超声诊断、X射线钼靶诊断以及彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断,分析在彩色超声诊断联合X射线钼靶诊断的应用效果。结果:70例疑似早期乳腺癌患者的阳性率为91.43%,彩色超声诊断的阳性率为71.43%,X射线钼靶诊断的阳性率为75.71%,彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断的阳性率为90.00%。彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断的敏感度96.88%和准确性95.71%均高于X射线钼靶诊断(78.13%、75.71%)、彩色超声诊断(70.31%、65.71%),P<0.05。彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断的特异度83.33%高于X射线钼靶诊断的50.00%、彩色超声诊断的16.67%,P>0.05。结论:早期乳腺癌应用彩色超声联合X射线钼靶诊断的效果显著,具有较高的检出率。Objective:To evaluate the application value of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target in diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients with suspected early breast cancer admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected to provide color ultrasound diagnosis,X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis and color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis to analyze the application effect.Results:The positive rate of 70 suspected early breast cancer patients was 91.43%,the positive rate of color ultrasonography was 71.43%,the positive rate of X-ray molybdenum target was 75.71%,the positive rate of color ultrasonography combined with X-ray molybdenum target was 90.00%.The sensitivity and accuracy of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis were 96.88%and 95.71%higher than X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis(78.13%,75.71%)and color ultrasound diagnosis(70.31%,65.71%),P<0.05.The specificity of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis was 83.33%higher than that of X-ray molybdenum target diagnosis was 50.00%and color ultrasound diagnosis was 16.67%,P>0.05.Conclusion:The application of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target in the diagnosis of early breast cancer has a significant effect and a high detection rate.
