核磁共振设备与螺旋CT设备在诊断老年脑血管疾病中的应用对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探究核磁共振与螺旋CT在脑血管疾病中诊断的临床效果。方法:选择2018年5月~2021年5月本院收治的100例疑似脑血管疾病患者进行研究,均分别给予核磁共振与螺旋CT诊断,以脑血管造影检查结果为“金标准”,分析不同诊断的检出率及灵敏性、特异性、准确度。结果:螺旋CT漏诊率与误诊率较核磁共振明显降低,且灵敏度、特异度、准确度较核磁共振诊断高,数据差异明显,P<0.05。结论:在对老年脑血管疾病诊断方面,核磁共振与螺旋CT均可达到较好的诊断效果,其中螺旋CT诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度更高,临床具有较高诊断价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of MRI and spiral CT in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:100 patients with suspected cerebrovascular diseases treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were studied.They were diagnosed by MRI and spiral CT respectively.Taking the results of cerebral angiography as the“gold standard”,the detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of different diagnoses were analyzed.Results:The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of spiral CT were significantly lower than that of MRI,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were higher than that of MRI diagnosis.The data difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of elderly cerebrovascular diseases,both MRI and spiral CT can achieve better diagnostic results.Among them,spiral CT has higher diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and has higher clinical diagnostic value.
