氦氖激光联合紫外线照射治疗血液病化疗性静脉炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析血液病化疗性静脉炎原因,评价氦氖激光联合紫外线照射治疗的优势。方法:选择本院血液科2019年3月~2020年3月的血液病化疗性静脉炎患者66例。进行分组治疗,采取1:1比例法。对照组与观察组各33例患者,对照组化疗性静脉炎患者采取硫酸镁敷料持续湿敷,观察组化疗性静脉炎患者采取氦氖激光联合紫外线照射治疗。比较2组血液病化疗性静脉炎患者的治疗情况,包括治疗效果、满意度与舒适度评分、情绪评分。以焦虑自评量表(Self-RatingAnxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-RatingDepression Scale,SDS)评估患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪。结果:治疗效果比较,观察组患者的总有效率100.00%明显高于对照组,P<0.05;患者与家属满意度问卷调查结果比较,观察组总满意度评分(96.30±3.30)分、舒适度评分(95.05±3.05)分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;情绪评分调查比较,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:血液病患者化疗期间化疗性静脉炎并发症情况明显,严重影响患者的身心舒适度、化疗治疗配合度、情绪状况。与硫酸镁敷料持续湿敷治疗比较,氦氖激光联合紫外线照射治疗效果更为理想。Objective:To analyze the causes of chemotherapeutic phlebitis in blood diseases and evaluate the advantages of He-Ne laser combined with ultraviolet radiation treatment.Methods:A total of 66 patients with hematopathy chemotherapeutic phlebitis were selected from the hematology department of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.Group treatment was performed and 1:1 ratio method was adopted.33 patients in the control group and the observation group,the patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate dressing for continuous wet compress,and the patients in the observation group were treated with He-Ne laser combined with ultraviolet radiation.The treatment of patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis in blood disease was compared between the two groups,including treatment effect,satisfaction and comfort scores,and emotional scores.The Self-RatingAnxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-RatingDepression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of the patients.Results:The total effective rate of 100.00%in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the results of satisfaction questionnaire,the total satisfaction score(96.30±3.30)points and comfort score(95.05±3.05)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The complications of chemotherapeutic phlebitis in patients with hematologic diseases during chemotherapy are obvious,which seriously affects the patients’physical and mental comfort,chemotherapy treatment cooperation and emotional status.Compared with continuous wet dressing of magnesium sulfate,the effect of He-Ne laser combined with ultraviolet radiation is more ideal.
