摘 要:该文从北方季冻区公路养护工程实际出发,利用传统硅酸盐水泥作为基材的混凝土快速修补材料,用富含Al2O3、SiO2、含硫氧化物的矿渣微粉和添加的石膏来激发水泥加快水化形成、稳定钙矾石,以提供快修混凝土早期强度。同时将三萜皂甙类引气剂添加到混合料中,改善水泥混凝土的和易性,增大其密实度,从而提高此类快修混凝土的耐久性能。通过不同阶段的SEM观测其水化过程及产物、分析其机理,最后通过强度、冻融循环和耐磨试验验证此种快速修补混凝土的应用性能。Based on the reality of highway maintenance project in seasonal freezing area of North China,aiming at the rapid repair material of concrete using traditional Portland cement as base material,this paper uses slag powder rich in Al2O3&SiO2 and sulfur oxides and added gypsum to stimulate cement hydration to form and stabilize ettringite,so as to provide early strength of rapid repair concrete.At the same time,triterpene saponin air entraining agent is added to the mixture to improve the workability and compactness of cement concrete,so as to improve the durability of this kind of rapid repair concrete.The hydration process and products were observed by SEM in different stages.Finally,the application performance of this rapid repair concrete was verified by strength,freeze-thaw cycle and wear resistance test.
