摘　　要：该文从地震的成因及预警现状研究入手,通过论述地震的成因和当前的研究现状,根据当前地震监测预警的多指标预警法和震波强度法,提出现阶段地震监测预警中存在的震级测定精准性不足和震源定位不够精准的难题,并根据工作实践提出防震减灾的有效策略,对传播地震知识,提升地震社会知晓度具有积极的指导意义。Starting with the study of the causes and early warning status of earthquakes,this paper discusses the causes and current research status of earthquakes,and according to the multi-index early warning method and shock wave intensity method of current earthquake monitoring and early warning,puts forward the problems of insufficient accuracy of magnitude determination and insufficient accuracy of focal location in earthquake monitoring and early warning,and proposes effective strategies for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction according to work practice,which has positive guiding significance for spreading earthquake knowledge and enhancing earthquake social awareness.
