聚氨酯混合料坑槽修补工艺

摘  要:以自制单组分聚氨酯为胶结料,制备AC-13级配的聚氨酯混合料,研究聚氨酯混合料的马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度和肯塔堡飞散损失率,并探究聚氨酯混合料坑槽修补工艺和修补效果。结果表明,该聚氨酯混合料标准马歇尔稳定度为17.6 kN、浸水马歇尔稳定度大于30 kN,冻融后劈裂强度为1.54 MPa,浸水飞散损失率为2.19%;坑槽修补时无须加热,无须切割和喷洒界面剂(乳化沥青),修补后的坑槽表面平整,接缝处紧密、平顺;开放交通24 h后,测试路面构造深度、摩擦系数和渗水系数分别为1.06 mm、62 BPN和117 mL/min。Using self-made one-component polyurethane as binder,AC-13-graded polyurethane mixture was prepared.The Marshall stability,splitting strength and Kentucky dispersion loss rate of polyurethane mixture were studied,and the pothole repair technology and repair effect of polyurethane mixture were explored.The results show that the standard Marshall stability of the polyurethane mixture is 17.6 kN,the immersion Marshall stability is more than 30 kN,the splitting strength after freezing and thawing is 1.54 MPa,and the immersion loss rate is 2.19%.The potholes are repaired without heating,cutting and spraying interface agent(emulsified asphalt),the surface of the repaired potholes is smooth,and the joints are tight and smooth.After opening the traffic for 24 hours,the structural depth,friction coefficient and water permeability coefficient of the pavement are 1.06 mm,62 BPN and 117 mL/min,respectively.
