摘  要:文化振兴是国家推进乡村振兴工作的重要方式。该文整合宁夏回族非遗文化资源,调研其发展背景,分析互联网时代非物质文化遗产传播困境与创新机制,并讨论“交互式”非遗文化资源库搭建的可行性以及基础方案构架。探究“IP模式”融入非遗文化创意领域的可行性与策略,思考数字时代宁夏回族非物质文化遗产的保护传承与创新路径探究。利用文化IP综合商业模式进行链接创新,建立上、中、下游三大环节,构建基于“互联网+文化IP”,集非遗文化研究、非遗文化传播、非遗文化体验和非遗衍生产品推广于一体的生态闭环模式,并针对不同地域的模式进行可推广性的讨论,推动非遗生态优化。Cultural revitalization is an important way for the country to promote rural revitalization work.This paper integrates Ningxia intangible cultural heritage resources and investigates its development background,analyzes the dilemma and innovation mechanism of intangible cultural heritage dissemination in the Internet era,and discusses the feasibility of building an"interactive"intangible cultural heritage resource library and the basic plan structure.This paper also explores the feasibility and strategy of"IP model"into the creative field of intangible cultural heritage,and considers the protection and innovation path of Ningxia Hui intangible cultural heritage in the digital era.We will make use of the integrated business model of cultural IP for linkage innovation,establish three major parts:upstream,midstream and downstream,and build an ecological closed-loop model based on"Internet plus Cultural IP",which integrates the study of intangible cultural heritage,the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage,the experience of intangible cultural heritage and the promotion of non-heritage derivative products,and discusses the extensibility of the model in different regions to promote the optimization of non-heritage ecology.
