以全产业链做强特色优势农业产业路径探究

摘　　要：未来农业的竞争是产业链的竞争,该文通过分析永州市特色优势农业产业发展现状,探析做强优势特色农业产业面临产业链条上游竞争力不足、产业链中游加工深度不够、下游效益不大、链条延伸拓展不够,尤其是组织化程度较低等问题,在实地调研和理论分析的基础上,从全产业链视角提出做强永州优势特色农业产业的对策,以农业全产业链思维补齐短缺链条环节、围绕品牌、科技等强链、推进产业融合等延链、规避多重风险保链等措施来做强特色优势农业产业。The competition of agriculture in the future is the competition of industrial chain.By analyzing the present situation of the development of characteristic advantageous agricultural industry in Yongzhou City,this paper probes the problems of strengthening the characteristic agricultural industry with strong advantages,such as insufficient competitiveness in the upper reaches of the industrial chain,insufficient processing depth in the middle reaches of the industrial chain,little benefit in the downstream,insufficient extension of the chain,especially low degree of organization.On the basis of field investigation and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the dominant characteristic agricultural industry in Yongzhou from the perspective of the whole industry chain.With the thinking of agricultural whole industrial chain,it is supposed to make up the shortage chain link and,revolving around the brand,science and technology and other strong chain,promote industrial integration and avoid multiple risks so as to strengthen the characteristic advantageous agricultural industry.
