摘 要:目的分析脑损伤患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平变化及意义。方法抽取2020年4月至2022年4月信阳市中心医院收治的脑损伤患儿100例作为脑损伤组,另抽取同期健康体检儿童100例作为健康对照组。检测并比较两组血清NSE水平,比较脑损伤患儿不同脑损伤程度(轻度、中度、重度)、伤后不同时段(伤后第1、3、7天)、不同预后(预后不良、预后良好)的血清NSE水平。结果脑损伤组血清NSE水平高于健康对照组(t=107.81,P<0.05)。脑损伤组不同脑损伤程度患儿血清NSE水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=374.04,P<0.05),且重度脑损伤患儿血清NSE水平高于轻度及中度脑损伤患儿(P<0.05)。脑损伤组患儿伤后不同时段血清NSE水平比较差异有统计学意义(F=299.70,P<0.05),伤后第3、7天血清NSE水平高于伤后第1天,伤后第7天血清NSE水平低于伤后第3天(P<0.05)。脑损伤组预后不良患儿血清NSE水平高于预后良好患儿(t=41.79,P<0.05)。结论脑损伤患儿血清NSE水平明显升高,重度损伤和预后不良患儿血清NSE表达水平更高,且随病程延长、病情改善,NSE水平呈波动趋势,临床可依据NSE水平评估脑损伤病情进展和预后。Objective To analyze the change and significance of serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in children with brain injury.Methods A total of 100 children with brain injury admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the brain injury group,and another 100 children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of serum NSE of the two groups were detected and compared.The levels of serum NSE in children with different degrees of brain injury(mild,moderate,severe),at different time periods after injury(on the 1st,3rd,7th days after injury),and with different prognoses(poor prognosis,good prognosis)were compared.Results The level of serum NSE of the brain injury group was higher than that of the healthy control group(t=107.81,P<0.05).There were significant differences in level of serum NSE among children with different degrees of brain injury in the brain injury group(F=374.04,P<0.05);and the level of serum NSE in children with severe brain injury was higher than that of children with mild and moderate brain injury(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the level of serum NSE in children in the brain injury group at different periods after injury(F=299.70,P<0.05);the levels of serum NSE on the 3rd and 7th days after injury were higher than that on the 1st day after injury,and the level of serum NSE on the 7th day after injury was lower than that on the 3rd day after injury in the brain injury group(P<0.05).The level of serum NSE in children with poor prognosis was higher than that in children with good prognosis in the brain injury group(t=41.79,P<0.05).Conclusions The level of serum NSE in children with brain injury is significantly higher,and the expression levels of serum NSE in children with severe injury and poor prognosis are higher,which shows fluctuating trend with the disease progression or alleviation of disease.The level of NSE can be used to evaluate the progression and prognosis of brain injury in cl
