摘 要:针对杜儿坪煤矿73907工作面通过坚硬陷落柱时推进效率低、截齿消耗量大等问题,利用LSDYNA软件模拟分析了装药半径与裂隙扩展半径之间的关系,得出二者为线性相关,并给出了量化关系式。基于现场条件及量化关系式,确定出炮孔直径为90 mm,药卷半径为31.5 mm,炮孔间距为2200 mm,并设计了各炮孔的具体参数。现场试验结果表明,工作面通过坚硬陷落柱时,截齿的平均消耗量降低了70.7%,工作面的推进速度提升了24.8%,保证了工作面的安全高效生产。Aiming at the problems of low propulsion efficiency and high consumption of cutting teeth when the 73907 working face passing through hard collapse columns of Du'erping Coal Mine,the relationship between charging radius and crack propagation radius is simulated and analyzed by using LS-DYNA software.It is found that the two are linearly correlated and a quantitative relationship formula is provided.Based on on-site conditions and the quantitative relationship formula,the diameter of the blast holes is determined to be 90 mm,the radius of the charge roll is 31.5 mm,and the spacing between the blast holes is 2200 mm,and specific parameters for each blast hole are designed.The on-site test results show that when the working face passes through hard collapsed columns,the average consumption of the cutting teeth is reduced by 70.7%,and the advancing speed of the working face is increased by 24.8%,ensuring safe and efficient production of the working face.
