摘 要:为了保证陈蛮庄煤矿3601工作面快速过F4正断层,减少上盘煤柱损失率,控制断层区围岩失稳现象,提出了俯斜回采工艺及“注浆+聚氨酯纤维网+迈步式组合锚索”等联合支护加固技术。回采工艺优化后断层区煤柱回采率达95%,减少采空区遗煤量,有效控制了俯斜段顶板破碎现象,取得了显著应用成效。In order to ensure that the 3601 working face of Chenmanzhuang Coal Mine passes through the F4 normal fault quickly,reduce the loss rate of the hanging coal pillar,and control the instability phenomenon of the surrounding rock in the fault area,a combined support and reinforcement technology such as oblique mining technology and "grouting+polyurethane fiber mesh+step type composite anchor cable" is proposed.After optimizing the mining process,the recovery rate of coal pillars in the fault area reached 95%,reducing the amount of coal left in the goaf,effectively controlling the phenomenon of roof fragmentation in the oblique segment,and achieving significant application results.
