摘 要:基于理论分析计算得到的回采巷道顶板岩层静态膨胀预裂的影响半径,设计了超前综放工作面回采巷道煤柱侧静态膨胀致裂端头悬顶的切顶方案及参数,并开展了数值模拟验证和现场工程应用。研究结果表明:沿煤柱侧打设一列预裂孔对回采巷道煤柱侧顶板进行静态膨胀预裂后,预裂孔间75%的岩桥均产生了张拉裂缝,煤柱侧、跨中及回采侧巷道顶板的下沉变形不再呈现常规的下凸形式,邻近工作面时回采巷道煤柱侧与跨中的顶煤下沉量基本相当且增加较明显;超前综放工作面回采巷道静态膨胀预裂切顶技术较好地解决了端头悬顶带来的诸多重大安全隐患,端头顶煤采出率由50%~70%提高到90%,促进了三元煤业高瓦斯综放工作面安全高效开采。Based on the theoretical analysis and calculation of the influence radius of static expansion pre-splitting of roof strata in mining roadway,the roof cutting scheme and its parameters by static expansion pre-splitting for work face end roof in mining roadway advanced fully mechanized caving face are designed.Numerical simulation verification and field engineering application are also carried out.The results show that after a series of pre-splitting holes are set along the side of the coal pillar to perform static expansion pre-splitting,75%of the rock bridges between the pre-splitting holes have produced tensile cracks,the subsidence deformation of roadway roof along coal pillar side,across the middle,and on the mining side no longer presents a downward convex shape,and the subsidence deformation of the top coal on the coal pillar side and across the middle of roadway near the working face is basically the same and increases significantly.The static expansion pre-splitting roof cutting technology in roadway advanced the fully mechanized caving face solves many major safety hazards caused by the end hanging roof.The recovery rate of the top coal at the end work face is increased from 50%-70%to 90%,which promotes the safe and efficient mining of the high gas fully mechanized caving face in Sanyuan Coal Industry.
