摘 要:针对回采工作面上隅角及回风流瓦斯超限问题,以李阳煤矿15501工作面为研究对象,基于瓦斯来源分析和涌出量预测结果,提出了“本煤层顺层平行钻孔抽采+走向高抽巷抽采+裂隙带高位钻孔抽采+上隅角插管抽采”的瓦斯综合治理措施,将工作面上隅角和回风流瓦斯浓度分别控制在0.42%~0.68%和0.38%~0.65%,瓦斯治理效果显著,为工作面生产安全提供了保障。Aiming at the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner and return air flow of the stope,the 15501 working face of Liyang Coal Mine is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of gas sources and the prediction results of gas emission quantity,a comprehensive gas control measure is proposed,which includes "parallel drilling and extraction along the coal seam+strike high extraction roadway for extraction+high level drilling and extraction in the fracture zone+upper corner intubation and extraction".The gas concentration in the upper corner and return air flow of the working face is controlled at 0.42%-0.68% and 0.38%-0.65%,respectively.The gas control effect is significant,providing a guarantee for the production safety of the working face.
