摘  要:针对厚煤层工作面大采高液压支架安装因受罐笼和运输巷道规格限制无法整体下井,解体后运输安全系数低、组装过程繁琐、安装效率低等系列问题,通过采取带架搬家安装工作面、采用双站流水线组装液压支架、应用液压摆架平台调整支架等综合方法,形成了厚煤层工作面液压支架快速组装工艺。工艺实践实现了大采高支架的安全高效快速安装,支架安装速度提升至平均6架/d,经济安全效益显著。In view of a series of problems such as the installation of hydraulic support with large mining height in the thick coal seam working face cannot be put into the well as a whole due to the limitation of cage and transport roadway specifications,the factor of transport safety after disassembly is low,the assembly process is cumbersome,and the installation efficiency is low and so on.Through the adoption of comprehensive methods such as moving and installation work face with frame,using dual station assembly line to assemble the hydraulic support,and using the hydraulic pendulum platform to adjust the support and so on,the rapid assembly process of hydraulic support in the thick coal seam working face is formed.The process practice realized the safe,efficient and rapid installation of the support with large mining height,and the installation speed of the support is increased to an average of 6 frame/d,with significant economic security benefits.
