高压隔膜压滤机在龙凤选煤厂的应用实践

摘　　要：针对龙凤选煤厂煤泥含水率较高的现状,通过分析煤泥性质及影响选煤厂压滤机运行效率的主要因素,在煤泥脱水工艺流程将YCLK300/1600-X/U快开压滤机升级为XMZG500/1600-U型高压隔膜压滤机,实现了降低煤泥含水率、提高选煤厂效益的预期效果,煤泥含水率从28%降低至21.17%,提升了煤泥的经济价值。In view of the high water content of coal slime in Longfeng Coal Preparation Plant,the YCLK300/1600-X/U quick opening filter press is upgraded to XMZG500/1600-U type high-pressure diaphragm filter press in the coal slime dewatering process by analyzing the coal slime properties and the main factors affecting the operating efficiency of the filter press in Coal Preparation Plant,and realizes the expected effect of reducing the water content of coal slime and improving the benefits of the Coal Preparation Plant.The water content of coal slime is reduced from 28%to 21.17%,which improves the economic value of coal slime.
