摘 要:煤峪口矿井下供电保护系统采用短路保护与阶段式电流保护结合方式,由于各段线路首末端间短路电流幅值无法精确测算,各级开关电流速断保护配合效果较差,越级跳闸时有发生。基于此,采用分层分布式光纤环网结构设计了以监控主站、监控分站以及高开综合保护器为主要结构的智能电力监控系统,重点设计以STM32F207中央处理器为核心的分站防越级跳闸闭锁控制器,通过系统上位机电力监测、录波显示功能以及防越级跳闸功能测试,表明系统的井下电力监测控制功能完善,能够避免越级跳闸问题出现。The downhole power supply protection system of Meiyukou Mine adopts a combination method of short circuit protection and stage current protection.Due to the inability to accurately measure the amplitude of short circuit current between the beginning and end of each section of the line,the coordination effect of switch current quick break protection at all levels is poor,and there are over level tripping happen now and then.Based on this,a layered distributed fiber optic ring network structure is designed for an intelligent power monitoring system with monitoring the main station,monitoring substations,and high opening comprehensive protectors as the main structures,the key design focuses on the substation anti over level tripping locking controller with the STM32F207 central processor as the core.Through the testing of the system upper computer power monitoring,wave recording display function,and anti over level tripping function,it indicates that the downhole power monitoring and control function of the system is complete,which can avoid the occurrence of over level tripping problem.
