摘 要:在我国住宅建筑热湿环境问题亟待改善的研究背景下,选取典型的夏热冬冷地区衡阳为例,基于CFD计算流体力学平台,模拟分析不同下垫面形式对建筑室外热湿环境的影响。研究表明:通过提高住区绿化率、丰富植被配置形式、采用透水性更佳、斑块分离度更高的地面铺装,能够有效改善户外热舒适度。同时,适度介入水体也可对场地内微气候调节起到一定的作用。In the background of the urgent need to improve the thermal and humid environment of residential buildings,Hengyang,a typical hot summer and cold winter area,was selected as an example in this study.Based on CFD computational fluid dynamics platform,the influences of different underlying surface forms on the outdoor thermal and humid environment of buildings were simulated and analyzed.The research shows that the outdoor thermal comfort can be effectively improved by improving the greening rate ofresidential areas,enriching the vegetation configuration forms,and adopting the ground pavement with better permeability and higher patch separation degree.At the same time,moderate intervention in water can also play a certain role in the site's microclimate regulation.
