摘 要:以某大米综合加工基地钢筋混凝土筒仓基础为例,当采用天然筏板基础时,基础底面平均压力值略高于地基承载力特征值,基础沉降也超过规范允许值。当通过采用在筒仓仓壁下布置复合疏桩方案时,既可提高地基承载力,又起到控制沉降的作用,经分析计算后,承载力计算和沉降计算结果均满足设计和规范要求,工程造价较简单的采用桩基础大幅下降,方案安全经济。Taking the reinforced concrete silo foundation of a rice comprehensive processing base as an example,when the natural raft foundation is adopted,the average pressure at the bottom of the foundation is slightly higher than the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity,and the foundation settlement also exceeds the allowable value ofthe specification.When the composite sparse pile scheme is adopted under the silo wall,it can not only improve the foundation bearing capacity,but also control the settlement.After analysis and calculation,the results of bearing capacity calculation and settlement calculation meet the requirements of design and specifications.The pile foundation with simple project cost is greatly reduced,and the scheme is safe and economical.
