摘  要:为了降低空调压缩机壳体环焊缝泄漏不良率,缩减泄漏不良导致的人工修理时间及成本,论文针对导致壳体环焊缝泄漏形成条件、常见原因及相关危害进行了详细分析并开展试验研究。结合实际生产情况,提出降低压缩机壳体环焊缝泄漏的方法及措施,通过优化工艺条件、加强设备维护等方面进行控制,并指出相应改进措施。In order to cut down the non-performing rate of air conditioner compressor shell ring weld leakage,and reducing manual repair time and costs caused by leakage adverse,this paper made detailed analysis about the formation conditions and reasons which caused shell ring leakage and then carried out related study,simultaneously combined with the actual production situation,this paper puts forward specific methods and measures to reduce leakage of the ring weld in the compressor shell,by optimizing the process conditions,strengthening equipment maintenance and other aspects of control,and pointed out the corresponding improvement measures.
