摘  要:针对移动式垃圾压缩站性能有限的问题,利用Hyper Mesh模型提出移动式垃圾压缩站结构优化方案,解决了该装置载荷受限问题,降低了各铰点的约束力,强化翻转结构性能的目标。基于Hyper Mesh模型仿真的研究结果表明:通过垃圾压缩站轻量化不仅可强化结构稳定性,还能准确地解决危险工况对压缩站运行安全的影响。In view of the limited performance of the mobile garbage compression station,the Hyper Mesh model is used to propose the structural optimization scheme of the mobile garbage compression station,which solves the problem of the limited load of the device,reduces the binding force of each hinge point and strengthens the objective of turning over the structural performance.The research results based on Hyper Mesh model simulation show that the lightweight garbage compression station can not only strengthen the structural stability,but also accurately solve the influence of dangerous working conditions on the operation safety ofthe compression station.
