摘  要:深江铁路洪奇沥公铁两用大桥合建段主桥为3×100m+808m+3×100m双塔双索面混凝土-钢箱桁混合组合梁斜拉桥,地处珠三角深淤泥地带,淤泥地层厚度达30m。49#主墩位于大堤内侧,桩基采用35根直径4m的钻孔灌注嵌岩桩。施工采用XR700E旋挖钻机直接成孔,成孔效率高;钻机荷载达240t,对场地承载力要求高。通过对比换填、旋喷桩等各种不同的地基处理方案,选择工期、成本综合最优方案,实现主墩桩基安全、高效作业。The main bridge of the combined section in Shenjiang Railway project,the Hongqili Highway and Railway Bridge,is a(3x100 m+808m+3x100m)steel truss-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with double-tower as well as double-rope plane.It is located in the deep silt zone of the Pearl River Delta,with a silt layer thickness of 30 m.The 49#main pier of the bridge is located on the inner side of the embankment,and the pile foundation is composed of 35 bored and grouted embedded rock piles with 4m diameter.The XR700E rotary drilling rig,which has high drilling efficiency,is used to directly drill holes during construction.The rig load is as much as 240 tons,which requires high site bearing capacity.By comparing diferent foundation treatment options such as replacement fll and rotary pile,a construction scheme with the optimal construction schedule and cost is adopted to ensure the safety and efficiency of the construction of the main pier pile.
