摘　　要：在我国经济不断发展、人民生活水平日益提高的背景下,水利事业的改革发展也面临新形势。为提高泵站运行管理效率,提高生产水平,增强运行的安全性和稳定性,高港泵站管理所将精细化管理作为改进方向,贯彻“精准细严”四字方针,改进管理内容和管理方式,培养优秀管理队伍,提升管理水平,建立精细化、规范化、标准化的运行管理体系。文章阐述了高港泵站在标准化运行管理改革中的具体举措和成效,为其他水利单位标准化建设提供借鉴。Under the background of continuous economic development and people's increasing yearning for a better life,the water conservancy reform development is also facing a new situation.In order to improve the operation and management efficiency of the pump station,improve the production level,and enhance the safety and stability of the operation,Gaogang pump station management institute takes fine management as the direction of improvement,implements the four-word policy of"precision,accurate,fine and strict",improves the management content and mode,trains the excellent management team,elevates the management level,and establishes a fine,standardized and standardized operation and management system.This paper expounds the specific measures and results of Gaogang Pump Station in the reform of standardized operation management,which can provide reference for other water conservancyunits in the standardization construction.
