摘　　要：为降低恩诺沙星注射液的刺激性和提高恩诺沙星注射液的稳定性,本试验选用乳酸作为助溶剂,制备含量为10%的酸性恩诺沙星注射液,并对其性状、含量、稳定性、热源和肌肉刺激性行初步研究。结果表明:该恩诺沙星注射液为无色至淡黄色的澄明液体,pH值在5.0~6.0,药物含量在(100.11±0.23)~(102.42±0.26)mg/mL,符合注射剂含量要求;该制剂室温及低温条件下性质稳定,但对强光敏感,建议避光室温储存;热源和激性试验结果显示该制剂无热源、家兔肌肉注射刺激不明显,符合注射剂质量要求。In order to reduce the irritation of enrofloxacin injection and improve its stability,The content of 10% acidic enrofloxacin injection was prepared using lactic acid as a co solvent.A preliminary study was conducted on the properties,content,stability,heat source,and muscle irritation of enrofloxacin injection.The results showed that the enrofloxacin injection was a colorless to light yellow clear liquid,with a pH between 5.0 and 6.0,and a drug content between(100.11±0.23)mg/mL and(102.42±0.26)mg/mL.The preparation has stable properties at room temperature and low temperature,but is sensitive to strong light,recommended to store at room temperature away from light,The results of heat source and irritability tests showed that the preparation had no heat source and the stimulation of intramuscular injection in rabbits was not significant.
