摘 要:鱼菜共生系统是一种将植物水培技术与循环水养殖技术有机结合的复合型生态种养系统。以“鱼菜共生系统”为主要研究对象,概述其系统运行原理,并依据水培蔬菜种植方式的不同介绍4种主流鱼菜共生模式。将蔬菜种植于过滤基质中的基质填充生长床模式、将蔬菜种植于联通养殖尾水PVC管道中的营养膜技术模式、将蔬菜种植于泡沫等漂浮材料上的浮床栽培模式、将养鱼尾水雾化后喷洒于植物根系供植物吸收利用的气雾栽培模式。该文阐述鱼菜共生系统的构建方式和日常运行管理,并对其经济效益和生态效益进行客观分析。Aquaponics system is a kind of composite ecological farming system that organically combines plant hydroponics and circulating water culture technology.This paper takes “Aquaponics system” as the main research object,briefly describes its system operation principle,and introduces four mainstream Aquaponics models according to different hydroponic vegetable cultivation methods:substrate filled growth bed model where vegetables are planted in filtering substrate,nutrient film technology model where vegetables are planted in PVC pipes connected to culture water,floating bed cultivation model where vegetables are planted on floating materials such as foam,and aerosol cultivation model where vegetables are planted in PVC pipes connected to culture water.In the floating bed cultivation model,vegetables are planted on floating materials such as foam,and in the aerosol cultivation model,water is atomized and sprayed on the plant roots for absorption and utilization.At the same time,the scientific construction method and daily operation and management are explained,and the economic and ecological benefits are objectively analyzed.
