改良鼻外侧截骨术在歪鼻整形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良鼻外侧截骨术治疗歪鼻畸形的疗效。方法:选取笔者医院2019年3月-2021年6月收治的歪鼻畸形患者共30例,其中倾斜型歪鼻15例,C型歪鼻14例,S型歪鼻1例。均采用开放式鼻整形联合改良截骨术矫正,比较术前和术后3个月的鼻通气功能视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、外鼻测量偏斜值以及鼻整形结果评估量表(Rhinoplasty outcome evaluation,ROE)的差异,以评估手术效果。结果:治疗后,鼻通气功能VAS评分较术前降低(P<0.05);患者外鼻偏斜值较术前明显变小(P<0.05);ROE评分比较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良鼻外侧截骨术治疗歪鼻畸形,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified lateral osteotomy technique for deviated nasal deformity.Methods A total of 30 patients with crooked nose deformity admitted to the author's hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected.Among them,there were 15 cases of incline-type,14 cases of C-type and 1 case of S-type.Before and 3 months after operation,surgical outcomes were evaluated by nasal ventilation function visual analogue scale(VAS),measurement of the nasal deviated parameters,rhinoplasty outcome evaluation(ROE).Results After treatment,the VAS score of nasal ventilation function was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).The deviation of the external nose was significantly smaller than that before operation(P<0.05).ROE score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified lateral osteotomy for deviated nose deformity is effective,which is worthy for clinical promotion.
