摘　　要：目的:观察使用三段法鼻翼缩小术后就医者的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者医院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的136例鼻翼肥大就医者,采用三段法鼻翼缩小术分析肥大类型,选择合适的手术方式A(鼻翼外)、B(鼻翼底部)、C(鼻孔内)三段组合形式对不同类型的鼻翼进行手术操作,遵循严格的术后护理及抗瘢痕治疗,通过比较术前、术后照片以及就医者满意度来评价手术效果。结果:术后随访6个月,本组136例就医者鼻翼基底宽度及鼻翼外扩程度较术前明显缩小,鼻孔缩小,鼻孔及鼻槛形态良好,术后瘢痕不明显,术后鼻翼无感染、皮肤坏死等并发症发生。结论:使用三段法分析鼻翼肥大的类型,便于术前与就医者进行沟通,针对性地选择鼻翼缩小术手术方式(A、B、C三段组合形式),术后改善效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of patients treated with three-stage nasal alar reduction.Methods A total of 136 patients with nasal alar hypertrophy were selected from March 2020 to March 2021,the types of hypertrophy were analyzed by three segments of nasal alar reduction.Three-stage combination form about A(outside the nose),B(bottom of the nose),and C(inside the nostrils)were selected to perform the operation on different types of nasal alar.Follow strict postoperative care and anti-scar therapy,the results were evaluated by comparing preoperative and postoperative photos and patients'satisfaction.Results In this group,136 patients were followed up for 6 months,the width of the nasal base and the degree of external enlargement of the nasal alar were significantly reduced,the nostrils were reduced,the shape of the nostrils and nasal sill was good,the postoperative scar was not obvious,and there were no postoperative complications such as infection and skin necrosis of the nasal alar.Conclusion The three-stage method was used to analyze the types of nasal alar hypertrophy,communicate with the patients before surgery,and select the targeted surgical methods(different combinations of the three segments A,B,and C),and the postoperative improvement effect was good,worthy of clinical promotion.
