摘　　要：目的:探析腔镜腋下大汗腺切除术治疗腋臭效果及组织学变化。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的120例腋臭患者临床资料,按术式不同分为腔镜腋下大汗腺切除术组(腔镜组,n=60)和小切口腋下大汗腺切除术组(小切口组,n=60)。比较两组患者术后有效率、复发率、二次治疗率及并发症发生情况。结果:术后6个月,腔镜组有效率高于小切口组(P<0.05);腔镜组并发症发生率低于小切口组(P<0.05),患者复发率及二次治疗率均低于小切口组(P<0.05);腔镜组大汗腺切除后切缘组织镜下均仅见少量大汗腺。结论:腔镜下大汗腺切除术治疗腋臭有效率高,并发症少,复发率低,组织学可证实,整体疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the effect and histological changes of endoscopic apocrine sweat glandectomy in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with axillary osmidrosis admitted to the author's hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into endoscopic axillary apocrine gland resection group(endoscopic group,n=60)and small incision axillary apocrine gland resection group(small incision group,n=60).The effective rate,recurrence rate,secondary treatment rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after operation,the effective rate of the endoscopic group was higher than that of the small incision group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the endoscopic group was lower than that in the small incision group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate and secondary treatment rate were lower than those in the small incision group(P<0.05).In the endoscopic group,only a few apocrine glands were observed under the microscope.Conclusion Endoscopic apocrine gland resection is effective in the treatment of bromhidrosis,with few complications and low recurrence rate.It can be confirmed by histology,and the overall curative effect is positive.
