面部软组织可吸收提拉带联合自体脂肪填充在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究面部软组织可吸收提拉带联合自体脂肪填充在面中、下部年轻化手术中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2019年8月-2021年8月笔者科室接受面部软组织可吸收提拉带联合自体脂肪填充手术改善中下面部老化的28例就医者(年龄32~68岁,中位数年龄41岁)临床资料,回顾性分析就医者术后疗效、就医者满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:术后随访10~24个月,本组28例就医者整体美学改善量表(Global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)评分中完全改善23例(82.14%)、明显改善4例(14.29%)、稍有改善1例(3.57%)。面部整形美容就医者评价量表(Face questionnaire,FACE-Q)评分中面部整体满意度(88.93±4.23)分、颧部满意度(91.32±3.27)分、颊部满意度(91.89±2.77)分、颈部满意度(84.61±3.45)分、鼻唇沟评估(88.71±3.05)分、全面部皱纹评估(86.21±3.17)分、手术决策满意度(88.03±4.16)分、手术效果满意度(86.96±3.85)分、心理功能评估(88.39±3.28)分、社会功能评估(89.86±3.64)分。术后明显肿胀、瘀青2例,口服消肿药3周基本消退;诉牵拉紧绷不适感3例,无特殊处理3~5 d自行缓解适应;其他就医者均未出现感染、线体外露等严重并发症。结论:面部软组织可吸收提拉带联合自体脂肪填充对面部年轻化效果显著,且手术创伤小、术后恢复快、就医者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective Discover the role of the absorbable face tissue lift belt combined with autologous fat filling in restorative medium and lower facial rejuvenation surgery.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients(aged 32-68 years,with a median age of 41 years)who received facial soft tissue absorbable lifting band combined with autologous fat filling to improve middle and lower face aging in our department from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected.The postoperative efficacy,satisfaction and complications of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 10 to 24 months of postoperative follow-up,the global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)score of the 28 patients in this group improved completely in 23 cases(82.14%),significantly in 4 cases(14.29%),and slightly in 1 case(3.57%).Face questionnaire,(FACE-Q):overall facial satisfaction score(88.93±4.23),zygomatic satisfaction score(91.32±3.27),buccal satisfaction score(91.89±2.77),neck satisfaction score(84.61±3.45),and nasolabial sulci assessment score(88.71±3.05),comprehensive wrinkles evaluation(86.21±3.17)scores,surgical decision satisfaction(88.03±4.16)scores,surgical effect satisfaction(86.96±3.85)scores,psychological function evaluation(88.39±3.28)scores,social function evaluation(89.86±3.64)scores.There were 2 cases of obvious swelling and bruising after operation,which disappeared after 3 weeks of oral detumescence.Three cases complained of tension and discomfort,which relieved without special treatment for 3-5 days.No serious complications such as infection and thread exposure occurred in the remaining patients.Conclusion Facial soft tissue absorbable lifting belt combined with autologous fat filling has significant effect on facial rejuvenation,with little surgical trauma,quick postoperative recovery and high satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
