基于面部美学分区的小范围清创法治疗注射美容导致皮下结节的策略

摘　　要：目的:探讨面部注射美容导致皮下结节性病变的一种合理、有效的救治策略。方法:对2014年4月-2019年4月解放军总医院第四医学中心收治的13例面部美容注射导致皮下结节性病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,患者均为女性,年龄18~55岁,均有注射美容病史,皮下结节累及颞部、颊部、额部、鼻唇沟、颏部、鼻背部共24处,根据面部美学分区设计清创范围进行适度清创治疗。结果:13例患者经住院手术治疗,术后恢复良好。随访6个月~4年,面部无组织缺损,保持正常面部外观,患者满意。结论:将美容注射导致的皮下结节按面部美学分区位设计手术清创范围,术中对病变周围组织损伤小,术后患者恢复快,不影响面部整体轮廓,患者易于接受,术后满意度高。Objective To retrospectively the rational and effective treatment strategies for subcutaneous node caused by cosmetic injections.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 13 patients with facial injection cosmetic injections caused by cosmetic injection from April 2014 to April 2019 at the Fourth Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital.The patients were all female,aged 18 to 55 years,with a history of cosmetic injections,and subcutaneous node involving 24 parts of the temporal,cheek,frontal,nasolabial groove,chin,and nasal dorsum,were designed debridement range for moderate debridement therapy according to aesthetic unit of face.Results 13 patients recovered well after surgical treatment.Followed up for 6 months to 4 years,no facial tissue defects,maintained a normal facial appearance,and the patient was satisfied.Conclusion The subcutaneous node caused by cosmetic injection is designed debridement therapy range according to the aesthetic unit of face,and the intraoperative damage to the surrounding tissue of the lesion is small,and the patient recovers quickly after the operation,does not affect the overall facial contour.It is easy to be accepted by patients with high postoperative satisfaction.
