异维A酸胶囊联合微针射频等离子治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探析异维A酸胶囊联合微针射频等离子治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:采用随机数表法将笔者医院2020年11月-2021年11月收治的80例中重度痤疮患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取异维A酸胶囊治疗,观察组采取异维A酸胶囊联合微针射频等离子治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况,测定治疗前后皮损情况、生活质量,同时跟踪随访其治疗结束后6个月复发情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1周、2周及1个月后痤疮综合分级系统(Global acne grading system,GAGS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为5.00%明显低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)各项评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论:异维A酸胶囊联合微针射频等离子治疗中重度痤疮疗效显著,能有效减轻患者痤疮及瘢痕症状,降低GAGS评分及不良反应发生率,并且对提升患者生活质量、降低痤疮复发率具有积极作用。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of isotretinoin capsule combined with microneedle radiofrequency plasma in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods From November 2020 to November 2021,80 patients with moderate to severe acne were admitted to the hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with isotretinoin capsule,and patients in the observation group were treated with microneedle isotretinoin capsule combined with radiofrequency plasma.After treatment,curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Skin lesions and quality of life were evaluated.The patients were followed up to understand the recurrence status in 6 months after treatment.Results The total treatment response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs 75.00%,P<0.05).The Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month of treatment(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.00%vs 22.50%,P<0.05).After treatment,the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.50%vs 22.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin capsule combined with microneedle radiofrequency plasma is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.The combined treatment can effectively alleviate the patients’symptoms,and reduce the GAGS score and adverse reactions.It also plays a positive role in improving quality of life and reducing the recurrence rate of acne.
