微针点阵射频技术治疗中面部皮肤皱纹和松弛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析在中面部皮肤皱纹和松弛治疗中,微针点阵射频技术的应用价值。方法:收集2018年1月-2022年6月重医附一院医疗美容科收治的96例符合纳入标准的就医者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组接受微针点阵射频治疗3次,每个月1次,共治疗3个月。对照组接受射频治疗3次,每个月1次,共治疗3个月。于末次治疗结束8周后比较两组就医者外眦及下眼睑皱纹改善情况,鼻唇沟下垂程度改善情况,就医者在治疗过程中的疼痛情况,并评价临床效果。结果:所有就医者均按疗程完成治疗。治疗后,观察组医师评估外眦皱纹改善情况、下眼睑皱纹改善情况及鼻唇沟下垂情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我评估外眦皱纹改善情况、下眼睑皱纹改善情况及鼻唇沟下垂情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAS疼痛评分(1.67±0.83)分高于对照组(0.00±0.00)分(P<0.05)结论:在面部皮肤皱纹和松弛改善中,微针点阵射频技术优于射频技术,能够有效改善就医者面部老化程度及皱纹数量,提高就医者满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of microneedle radiofrequency technology in the treatment of midfacial skin wrinkles and relaxation.Methods From January 2018 to June 2022,the 96 cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The observation group received microneedle radiofrequency technology three times once a month.The control group was treated with a single RF technique three times,once a month.Eight weeks after the final treatment,the improvement of the outer canthus and lower eyelid,the improvement of the nasolabial groove sagging,the pain of the patients during the treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical effect were evaluated.Results All of the subjects completed the treatment.At treatment,the physician evaluated the improvement of external canthus wrinkles,the lower eyelid wrinkles,and the nasolabial groove prolapse were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in the self-assessment observation group,lower eyelid wrinkles,and nasolabial groove prolapse were better than the control group.The VAS pain score of the observation group(1.67±0.83)is higher than the control group(0.00±0.00)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the facial skin wrinkles and relaxation,the microneedle radiofrequency technology is better than the single RF technology,which can effectively improve the facial aging degree,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce the number of wrinkles.
