玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣的临床疗效及对免疫功能指标的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年5月在笔者医院皮肤科接受治疗的94例寻常疣患者,按就诊顺序依随机数字表法分为分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),两组均进行液氮冷冻治疗,研究组在此基础上联合玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后免疫指标[(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)]水平并比较两组不良反应发生率及复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、INF-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组临床疗效、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、INF-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IgE水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应及复发率均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣具有较好临床疗效,可提升患者免疫功能,且具有较好安全性,值得在临床推广应用。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Yu Pingfeng Granules combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of verruca vulgaris,and the influence on immune function indicators.Methods A total of 94 patients with verruca vulgaris were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2022.The patients were divided into study group(n=47)and control group(n=47)by random number table method.All patients underwent liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,and patients in the study group were additionally treated with Dingyu Pingfeng Granules.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical effect,immune indicators(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),immunoglobulin E(IgE),interferon-gamma(INF-γ),interleukin 2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)),the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence.Results The levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),INF-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IgE showed no significant difference between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical response rate and The levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),INF-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IgE in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Yu Pingfeng Granules combined with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is effective in the treatment of verruca vulgaris,which can improve the patients’immune function,with good safety.
