摘　　要：临床治疗火热病症实火者常以苦寒清热为主,虚火者常以滋阴降火为主,白长川教授根据多年临床实践提出“厚土伏火”的理论治疗火热病症。“厚土伏火”法即培补脾胃,敦厚中土,是针对脾土不足,中气亏虚,而致虚火上炎所引起的一种以“火”“热”为主要症状的治法,辅以潜镇之药。白长川教授常应用“厚土伏火”的理论辨治寻常痤疮,口疮、脂溢性皮炎等疾病,疗效较好,具有重要的临床价值。The clinical treatment of patients with active fire symptoms of fire-heat often focuses on the use of bitter and cold herbs to clear away heat,while for patients with deficiency of fire,the emphasis is often on nourishing yin to reduce fire.According to years of clinical practice,Professor Bai Changchuan put forward the theory of"Fire in thick soil"in the treatment of fire-heat featured diseases.The method of"Fire in thick soil"is aimed at nourishing the spleen and stomach,enriching the middle earth.It is a treatment method primarily targeting symptoms of excessive fire and heat caused by deficiency of the spleen earth and deficiency of qi in middle-Jiao,supplemented with drugs that have a tranquilizing and hyperactivity-subduing effect.Professor Bai Changchuan often applies the theory of"Fire in thick soil"in the diagnosis and treatment of common acne,oral ulcers,seborrheic dermatitis,and other diseases,which has shown good therapeutic effects and holds significant clinical value.
