摘　　要：细胞焦亡是一种细胞程序性死亡方式,通常由胱天蛋白酶(caspase)活化介导,再由消皮素蛋白D(gasdermin D,GSDMD)执行。细胞焦亡主要表现为细胞膜破裂,焦亡小体形成,炎性因子释放,引起细胞死亡,同时具有坏死和凋亡的特征。糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱性疾病,该病的治疗是目前全球的难题。目前越来越多的研究发现糖尿病及其并发症与细胞焦亡之间存在着密切联系,且糖尿病治疗的相关药物也有抑制细胞焦亡的作用。本文就细胞焦亡与糖尿病治疗的相关药物关系进行文献综述,旨为研发糖尿病治疗相关药物提供思路。Pyroptosis is a pro-inflammatory form of programmed cell death,typically mediated by cysteine aspartic acid specific protease(caspase)activation and executed by gasdermin D(GSDMD).The cell membrane is broken,pyrogenic bodies are formed,inflammatory factors are released,and cell death is caused,with the characteristics of necrosis and apoptosis.Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia.The treatment of diabetes is a global problem.Treatment of diabetes is a global issue and recent studies have demonstrated a close relationship between diabetes and its complications,as well as the discovery that certain drugs used to treat diabetes can also inhibit pyroptosis.Therefore,this paper reviews the literature on the relationship between pyroptosis and diabetes drugs,aiming to provide ideas for the development of diabetes treatment drugs.
