摘　　要：液体管理旨在预防心力衰竭,避免液体超负荷的发生,从而降低老年心脏瓣膜置换术患者并发症发生率和死亡率,促进患者术后早日康复。本文综述了液体管理的概念及内容、现状、策略、方法,揭示了液体管理的重要性和必要性及个体化液体管理的需求,以期探寻适合老年心脏瓣膜置换术患者的液体管理模式。The purpose of fluid management is to prevent heart failure,avoid the occurrence of fluid overload,so as to reduce the incidence rate of complications and mortality in elderly patients undergoing heart valve replacement,and promote the early recovery of patients after surgery.This article reviews the concept and content,current situation,strategies and methods of liquid management,reveals the importance and necessity of fluid management and the need for individualized fluid management,in order to explore the fluid management models suitable for elderly patients undergoing heart valve replacement.
