摘　　要：从管理学的角度研究供应链企业间信息系统集成的影响,先列出在集成中影响系统能力的主要因素,利用模糊评估方法先对集成中节点企业信息系统能力进行评估,然后基于网络理论,利用提出的效率变化率判别节点企业管理信息系统能力对供应链流程弹性的影响,给出在集成中影响管理信息系统能力因子对整体的影响,最后利用神经网络误差逆传播算法中训练的阈值和权的组合,找出序参量。创新之处:1.从企业管理角度研究影响系统集成中不确定性因素,弥补前人主要从系统软件设计、框架体系构建研究系统集成,忽视了人对系统影响的缺点;2.利用复杂网络和神经网络的方法寻找管理意义下的“序参量”,使得研究既能体现主观因素也能体现客观因素。From the perspective of management,this paper studies the influence of information system integration among enterprises in supply chain.Firstly,it lists the main factors influencing the system capacity in the integration,using the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the capability of the enterprise information system in the integrated node;then based on the network theory,it gives the influence of the capability of the enterprise management information system on the elasticity of the supply chain process,and gives the influence of the capability factor of the management information system on the whole.Finally,using the threshold of training in the neural network error inverse propagation algorithm and the combination of the right,it finds the order parameters.The innovation includes that firstly,it studies the uncertain factors affecting the system integration from the perspective of enterprise management,making up the shortcomings of ignoring human influence on the system from the perspective of system software design and framework system construction;secondly,it uses complex networks and the neural network to find the"order parameter"in the sense of management,so that the study can reflect both the subjective factors and the objective factors.
