摘 要:本文以安化各乡镇生产的黑茶为样本,采用氟离子电极选择法研究了不同片区、不同年份、不同叶龄安化黑茶中氟含量的变化。结果表明,前乡片区生产的安化黑茶氟含量均值最高,中间片区次之,库区片区最低;2019年以前生产的安化黑茶氟含量均值较高,2019年以后生产的黑茶氟含量均值显著降低。因此,以叶龄较低的茶叶为原料,可以显著降低安化黑茶产品中的氟含量。This article takes black tea produced in various townships of Anhua as samples and uses fluoride ion electrode selection method to study the changes in fluoride content in Anhua black tea from different areas,years,and leaf ages.The results showed that the average fluorine content of Anhua black tea produced in the Qianxiang area was the highest,followed by the middle area and the reservoir area;The average fluorine content of Anhua black tea produced before 2019 is relatively high,while the average fluorine content of black tea produced after 2019 has significantly decreased.Therefore,using tea leaves with lower leaf age as raw materials can significantly reduce the fluorine content in Anhua black tea products.
