摘　　要：目的比较布洛斯特罗姆-古尔德修复法(Brostrom-Gould法)与锚钉单纯修复距腓前韧带后的生物力学特征。方法选取6对(12侧)新鲜足踝标本,一侧应用Brostrom-Gould法(Brostrom-Gould组),配对的另外一侧应用锚钉单纯修复韧带(单纯锚钉修复组)。比较两组重建距腓前韧带的失效荷载、工作刚度。结果Brostrom-Gould组重建距腓前韧带的失效荷载为(256.833±29.089)N,工作刚度为(12.717±0.926)N/mm;单纯锚钉修复组重建距腓前韧带的失效荷载为(191.167±37.145)N,工作刚度为(10.083±0.697)N/mm。Brostrom-Gould组重建距腓前韧带的失效荷载、工作刚度均明显高于单纯锚钉修复组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用Brostrom-Gould法修复距腓前韧带后其强度优于锚钉单纯修复韧带。Objective To compare the biomechanical characteristics of after Brostrom-Gould method versus simple anchor repair of anterior talofibular ligament.Methods 6 pairs(12 sides)of ankle joint specimens were selected,and the Brostrom-Gould method was applied to one side(Brostrom-Gould group),and the other side of the pair was repaired with anchor alone(simple anchor repair group).The failure torque and working stiffness of the reconstructed anterior talofibular ligament were compared between the two groups.Results The failure torque and working stiffness of the reconstructed anterior talofibular ligament were(256.833±29.089)N and(12.717±0.926)N/mm in Brostrom-Gould group,and(191.167±37.145)N and(10.083±0.697)N/mm in simple anchor repair group.The failure torque and working stiffness of reconstructed anterior talofibular ligament in the Brostrom-Gould group were significantly higher than those in the simple anchor repair group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strength of the anterior talofibular ligament repaired with Brostrom-Gould method is better than that of simple anchor repair.
