摘　　要：高原地区低压、低氧、气候干燥、紫外线强等环境特点,使其疾病病谱明显不同于平原地区,加之饮食、卫生习惯等差异,高原消化系统疾病发病率明显高于平原地区。胃肠反应虽然不会危及生命,但是严重影响患者的生活质量。本文就胃肠反应中的胃肠胀气发生机制及其防治研究作一分析。The low pressure,low oxygen,dry climate and strong ultraviolet rays in the plateau area make its disease spectrum obviously different from that of the plain area,and coupled with differences in diet and hygiene habits,the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases in the plateau is significantly higher than that in the plain area.Gastrointestinal reaction will not endanger life,but seriously affect the quality of life.This paper analyzes the mechanism of gastrointestinal flatulence in gastrointestinal reaction and its prevention and treatment.
