中医药治疗下肢深静脉血栓研究进展分析

摘　　要：下肢深静脉血栓为临床常见病,占周围血管疾病的40%。下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征发病率>50%,一般与挤压、手术时间长、固定体位以及外伤具有密切联系。发病后会对患者的正常工作及生活造成影响,严重的会威胁其生命安全。该病中医学归为“肿胀”、“恶脉”、“血瘤”、“筋瘤”、“瘀血流注”、“瘀证”范畴,中医药管理局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,将此疾病命名为“股肿”,主要为经脉受损,引发患者产生气机郁滞、过食膏粱、外邪入侵,对气血正常运行产生阻碍。该病一般由于痰瘀内蕴、筋脉络道凝滞而成,病情发展会引发脉络痹阻、血液凝坚。因此,本研究针对临床中医下肢深静脉血栓治疗的研究进展进行综述。Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is a common clinical disease,accounting for 40%of peripheral vascular diseases.The incidence of syndrome after deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is>50%and is generally closely associated with extrusion,prolonged surgery,immobilization and trauma.The onset of the disease can affect the patient's normal work and life,and in serious cases can threaten their lives.Traditional Chinese medicine for this disease is in the categories of"swelling","bad veins","blood tumor","muscle tumor","blood stasis injection",and"stasis syndrome".The"Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Chinese Medicine Evidence"issued by the Chinese Medicine Administration names this disease as"femoral swelling",which is mainly caused by damage to the meridians,resulting in qi stagnation,excessive consumption of cream,and invasion of external pathogens,which hinders the normal operation of qi and blood.The disease is generally caused by internal accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis and the stagnation of tendons and collaterals,the progression of deep vein thrombosis will lead to the occurrence of collateral obstruction and blood coagulation.Therefore,this study reviews the research progress in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in clinical Chinese medicine.
