保留卵巢手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的效果和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨保留卵巢手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的效果和安全性。方法98例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者,通过计算机随机数字表法分为参照组及观察组,每组49例。参照组采用卵巢切除术进行治疗,观察组采用保留卵巢手术进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量)、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率91.84%高于参照组的75.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间(82.35±20.04)min短于参照组的(91.94±22.48)min,术中出血量(30.85±7.49)ml少于参照组的(41.27±6.16)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术后切口感染、肺栓塞、体温升高发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保留卵巢手术用于卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者的临床治疗中,不仅具有较为良好的手术治疗效果,同时还具有较高的手术治疗安全性,值得在临床治疗中进一步推广。Objective To discuss the effect and safety of ovarian preservation surgery for the treatment of ovarian torsion.Methods A total of 98 cases of ovarian torsion were divided into reference group and observation group according to the computer random numerical table,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with oophorectomy,and the observation group was treated with ovarian preservation surgery.The therapeutic effect,surgical indexes(operative time,intraoperative blood loss)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 91.84%in the observation group was higher than that of 75.51%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time of(82.35±20.04)min in the observation group was shorter than that of(91.94±22.48)min in the reference group,and the intraoperative blood loss of(30.85±7.49)ml was shorter than that of(41.27±6.16)ml in the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative incision infection,pulmonary embolism and body temperature rise between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ovarian preservation surgery in the clinical treatment of patients with ovarian torsion not only has good surgical therapeutic effect,but also has high surgical treatment safety,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
