抗痨胶囊联合抗结核药物治疗糖尿病并初治菌阳肺结核的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的观察抗痨胶囊联合抗结核药物治疗糖尿病并初治菌阳肺结核的临床效果。方法60例糖尿病并初治菌阳肺结核患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患者接受抗结核药物、糖尿病常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合抗痨胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分及治疗效果、痰涂片结核转阴率。结果治疗后,两组患者发热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷痛、咯血、乏力积分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者发热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷痛、咯血、乏力积分分别为(0.31±0.02)、(0.53±0.16)、(0.41±0.06)、(0.47±0.14)、(0.27±0.08)、(0.72±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(0.52±0.05)、(0.87±0.17)、(0.94±0.23)、(0.99±0.28)、(0.60±0.10)、(1.15±0.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率96.67%、痰涂片结核转阴率100.00%均高于对照组的73.33%、80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用抗痨胶囊联合抗结核药物治疗糖尿病并初治菌阳肺结核患者效果理想,可显著减轻患者症状严重程度,提升痰涂片结核转阴率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kanglao capsule combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with new smear-positive pulmonary tubculosis.Methods A total of 60 cases of diabetes mellitus patients with new smear-positive pulmonary tubculosis were divided into control group and study group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs and diabetes routine treatment,and patients in the study group were treated with Kanglao capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The symptom score before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and negative conversion rate of sputum smear were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of fever,cough,phlegm,chest pain,hemoptysis and fatigue in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the scores of fever,cough,phlegm,chest pain,hemoptysis and fatigue in the study group were(0.31±0.02),(0.53±0.16),(0.41±0.06),(0.47±0.14),(0.27±0.08)and(0.72±0.21)points,which were lower than those of(0.52±0.05),(0.87±0.17),(0.94±0.23),(0.99±0.28),(0.60±0.10)and(1.15±0.26)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%and the negative-conversion rate of sputum smear of 100.00%in the study group were higher than those of 73.33%and 80.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kanglao capsule and antituberculosis drugs has ideal effect on diabetes mellitus patients with new smear-positive pulmonary tubculosis,which can significantly reduce the severity of symptoms of patients,improve the negative-conversion rate of sputum smear,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
